UPDATE: HD telescopes are another first for the Burj Khalifa

How to make the view from the world’s tallest building even better install free HD telescopes at the top of Burj Khalifa

It’s the first time the super-advanced instruments have been used in any observatory in the world, but this is Dubai and even when we look at things, we want to be unique!

With full HD cameras and deep zoom option, they will provide panoramic views of the city both day and night, through their “multi-touch 22 inch high-end ruggedised screen” sounds space age, right?

Six of telescopes will be installed at the observation decks on Level 124 and the other six on Level 125 to become part of

the two-phase At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY journey from Level 125 and Level 148 to a record-breaking 555 metres high.

Visitors to Level 125 can also take a ‘falcon’s eye’ view over Dubai with the iconic tower’s special viewfinders that allow them to hover above the emirate like a bird and go on a virtual tour of Dubai destinations.

Tickets for At the Top, Burj Khalifa and At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY start from AED 125 for adults and AED 95 for children. Go to tickets.atthetop.ae
